I didn't do much over the Christmas break, but I did however READ! I read these five books in the second half of December while I had a bit of a phone detox! I took all my social media apps off my phone and only jumped on at night while doing a little bit of work.

Essential Oils for a restful sleep

I looooove sleep. Now that my kids are a bit older, most nights I get a good night sleep. Now the only thing that keeps me awake is my racing mind. I often use the oils to create peace in the children's rooms for a restful sleep, use them for my mind chatter, add them to the bath, use for a back rub or make beautiful sleepy diffuser blends.
