These simple minty bliss balls are a really popular healthy treat in our house! They won't last long, so maybe try a double batch ;)
Add to high powered blender:
1.5 cups of cashews
12 medjool dates
2 tbs cacao 2tbs chia seeds
2 drops of doTERRA peppermint oil.
Blitz in a high speed blender & roll into balls!
