Bliss Balls are always a hit in our house, especially the wild orange flavoured ones! Here's a little healthy Christmas twist on the traditional rum balls. You can even go for seconds (or thirds) with these ones!
WHAT YOU NEED:
1/2 cup of cashews
1/2 cup of coconut
3 tablespoons of cacao
3 tablespoons goji berries
4 drops of doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil
Extra coconut, goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
WHAT TO DO:
Add all the ingredients into your blender (I use a Thermomix) & blitz.
Roll into balls.
Roll in coconut and then add the goji berries and pumpkin seed.
These are great to take along for Christmas parties for a healthy snack (make sure there are no nut allergies!).
